A weekly, in-person meditation space... peer-led, dedicated to providing a quiet space for people to meditate. This group will not teach a specific style, but rather will welcome any kind of silent meditation within a common structure. This is a place where members can support one another to strengthen and deepen their meditation practice.

Weekly practice (one hour) will include:

  • Welcome and Mission Statement (5 min)
  • Seated Meditation (15-20 min)
  • Walking Meditation (5 min)
  • Seated Meditation (15-20 min)
  • Closing quote / reading / comments (10 min)
